User Agreement

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Bige Color Clean ("App"), you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

• You represent that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement under applicable local law.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use is permitted only with parent or legal guardian supervision and consent.

2. App Nature and Core Features

Bige Color Clean is a casual color-sorting and organization experience, including gameplay levels, theme collection, showcase browsing, settings management, and virtual coin-based feature access.

3. User Conduct Rules

• No reverse engineering, unauthorized automation, tampering, cheating, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.
• No use that interferes with app stability, device integrity, or other users' experience.
• No misuse of trademarks, branding, interface assets, or copyrighted materials.

4. Virtual Coins and In-App Actions

The App may include virtual coin balances for game actions (for example, starting certain organization sessions). Virtual coins are digital gameplay units only.

• Virtual coins are not legal tender, not banked money, and have no cash redemption value unless required by law.
• Balances and history may depend on local device storage and app state.
• We may adjust mechanics to maintain fairness, stability, and quality.

5. Device, Availability, and Updates

We aim to provide a stable user experience on supported iOS versions and devices, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed in all conditions.

• Maintenance, bug fixes, feature updates, and compatibility changes may occur over time.
• Certain features may change, pause, or retire due to legal, technical, or product reasons.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, UI design, graphics, text, audiovisual materials, trademarks, and updates are owned by the App operator or its licensors.

No license is granted except the limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the App in accordance with this agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunities, goodwill, or profits arising from App use.

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

9. Regional Legal Compliance

California (United States)

Consumer rights under applicable California laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, are respected as described together with our Privacy Policy.

Canada

Personal information handling follows applicable Canadian privacy standards, including PIPEDA principles where applicable.

Singapore

Processing and protection standards are aligned with PDPA obligations to the extent applicable.

Australia

Where applicable, privacy and fair handling practices follow principles under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise this User Agreement from time to time for legal, operational, or product reasons. Updated versions become effective when posted in the App or accompanying channels, unless a later date is stated.

Continued use after updates means you accept the revised agreement.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where necessary to protect security, legal compliance, user safety, or service integrity.

This document is titled "User Agreement" as requested, and is separate from any service terms naming conventions.
